This serrated bread knife from Piklohas has an 8-inch blade for slicing sourdough, baguettes, sandwich bread, bagels and soft loaves. It also handles pineapple, tomatoes and other foods with a firm exterior and tender interior.

A patented design allows resharpening with a regular honing rod; the high carbon stainless steel blade is ground to a 13-15° edge. The raised offset handle keeps fingers clear of the board, grooves on both sides help food release, and a protective finger bolster sits above the black ABS handle.
