Who is responsible
The operator of ProofDeals – Real deals, Proven savings.. Contact: contact@proofdeals.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host records the IP address, browser and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. These are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Messages you send us. Your email address and whatever you write, kept only as long as needed to answer.
- Cookies. WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies. We do not run advertising cookies of our own. If an analytics or advertising service is added later, this page will say so before it starts.
Affiliate links
Following an outbound link takes you to a retailer’s own site. That retailer and its affiliate network may set cookies or identifiers to attribute a purchase to us. That processing happens on their side under their own privacy policy — please read theirs. We receive commission reports, not your name, address or payment details.
Processors we use
The site runs on third-party hosting and is delivered through a content delivery network, both of which process requests on our behalf under their own terms. Email reaches us through our mail provider. We do not sell or share personal data, and we run no data broker or advertising exchange integration.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to contact@proofdeals.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top always shows the current version.
Deal emails
If you join the ProofDeals deal email list, we keep your email address, the date you joined and the page you joined from. We use them only to send you deal emails. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to contact@proofdeals.com. We do not sell or share the list.
