The Vesteel Pullman loaf pan is a rectangular carbon steel bread pan for baking sandwich bread and traditional loaves. Use it with the lid for square Pullman-style bread or without the lid for a standard loaf.

The 2-in-1 design includes bottom vent holes for better texture, and the set comes with a lid, dough scraper, and 8-inch silicone brush. It has a 1-pound dough capacity, measures 8.27 by 4.52 by 4.53 inches, and has a rose gold color.

The pan is not dishwasher safe. It is suitable for temperatures up to 420°F; do not bake above 400°F for more than 30 minutes.
