This cooker king tri-ply stainless steel pan is a 10-inch skillet for stovetop cooking. It suits quick breakfasts, searing meat or fish, and one-pan meals for one or two people.
The pan has an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, an aluminum core and a magnetic stainless steel exterior. That three-layer build is meant to spread heat quickly, and the 1.5-quart capacity keeps it handy for small batches.
It works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops, and it can go into an oven up to 900°F. The surface is not non-stick on its own.
Heat the pan over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, add enough oil to coat the bottom, then let food sear until it releases. Metal utensils are fine to use.
