This Ceylon cinnamon supplement pairs cinnamon bark extract with ginger extract and coconut MCT oil in a daily softgel. Each serving provides 600 mg of Ceylon Cinnamon Extract (Cinnamomum verum) at a 20:1 extract ratio, plus 100 mg of Ginger Extract.

The mini softgels carry a natural cinnamon flavor and are taken as 2 softgels twice daily with meals, for 4 softgels a day. One pouch contains 300 mini softgels, or 75 servings.
