Where our words come from
Product descriptions on this site are written from the facts the retailer publishes — the product name, the listed specifications and the manufacturer description. Drafting is assisted by software, and the text is constrained to those facts: it may not introduce a measurement, a material, a capability or a claim that the source did not state.
What we will not publish
- A claim of first-hand testing or personal use, because there is none.
- An invented rating, review count, stock level, delivery promise or discount.
- A previous price the retailer has not stated.
- Copy taken sentence for sentence from a retailer’s listing.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us at contact@proofdeals.com. We correct or remove it, and we do not remove an accurate page because a retailer or brand asks us to.
